Email Etiquette

Despite, and because of, the rise in information technology, the written word remains as important as ever. The impact of twitter and blogs show the pen remains mightier than the sword.

We’ve never had so much information to deal with and the writer has to work hard to ensure they are read. This course is designed to help us grab the attention of a reader, deliver information concisely, create a strong positive emotional response and generate the actions we are after.

This is a hugely practical and interactive training workshop, which is delivered in house for 10-12 delegates.

The course will use a series of exercises to enable delegates to work together on the key challenges of writing with power and persuasion. For in-company audiences, sample documents will be drawn from your work experience.
